Business Development Manager Farsi Speaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive who is fluent in Farsi to join our team remotely from Azerbaijan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment and has experience in the FX, iGaming, financial, or FinTech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and live chat to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Promote and sell products and services by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist clients with account setup, ensuring all required documentation (KYC) is completed efficiently.
- Strengthen client relationships by providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brand identity.
- Track client activities and market conditions, offering insights and assistance when necessary.
- Resolve client queries related to accounts, funding, and withdrawals.
- Identify and act on new business opportunities by understanding client needs.
- Keep the CRM database updated with all client interactions and follow up with inactive clients to drive engagement.
- Report issues to management and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.
- Native/fluent in Farsi, both verbal and written (C2 level).
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FX, iGaming, financial, or FinTech industries.
- Presettled in Azerbaijan and able to work under a Service Agreement.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to constant challenges, and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel for business needs as required.
