KeyResponsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone email and live chat toconvert inquiries into businessopportunities. Promote and sell products andservices by identifying client needs and providing tailoredsolutions. Assist clients with account setupensuring all required documentation (KYC) is completedefficiently. Strengthen client relationshipsby providing ongoing support and reinforcing our brandidentity. Track client activities and marketconditions offering insights and assistance whennecessary. Resolve client queries related toaccounts funding and withdrawals. Identifyand act on new business opportunities by understanding clientneeds. Keep the CRM database updated withall client interactions and follow up with inactive clients todrive engagement. Report issues tomanagement and collaborate with the team to find effectivesolutions.
Requirements:
Native/fluent in Farsi both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluentin English (minimum B2 level). Previousexperience in a similar role within the FX iGaming financial orFinTech industries. Presettled in Azerbaijanand able to work under a Service Agreement.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulatecomplex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Officeapps. Ability to work under pressure adaptto constant challenges and meet deadlines. Ateam player with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in afastpaced environment. Ability to travel forbusiness needs asrequired.
