Head of Business Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development to join our team at Careerxtra. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Thai market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence in Thailand.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve our business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the Thai market.
- Identify and prioritize key markets for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the regional team and regularly monitor progress.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development with a leadership role in the Forex, FinTech, or Crypto industry.
- Excellent command of the Thai and English language.
- Strong understanding of the Thai market and cultural nuances.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
