Job Title: Head of Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our efforts in Thailand. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and development of partnerships, leading teams to achieve business development goals, and creating strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development professionals in Thailand.
  • Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets within Thailand for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with other heads and departments to ensure seamless business development strategies.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the regional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
  • Analyze partner data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on business development activities and results.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development with a leadership role in the Forex, FinTech, or Crypto industry.
  • Excellent command of the Thai and English language.
  • Strong understanding of the Thai market and cultural nuances.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
  • Great communication and writing skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills and great listening skills.
  • Problem-solving with a positive can-do approach.
