Job Context and Major Challenges:
Our company, Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd, has a rich history dating back to 1974. Initially, we had a capacity of 9125 TPA, which has grown significantly to 110000 TPA. Our journey has been marked by continuous improvement in various aspects, including production technology, productivity, product grades, quality, consumption ratios, environment, and relations with the local community and employees. We aim to sustain and improve these achievements to provide a competitive edge to our business.
We are currently undergoing expansion, including the setup of a new CS2 plant in Saraburi Province. This requires us to work closely with the government sector to ensure all legal requirements are met and approved on time.
As a highly polluting industry, we have achieved great success in implementing and achieving the desired pollution norms. However, we need to maintain consistency and improve further to meet environmental requirements and maintain good relationships with the community.
With many of our managers approaching retirement, we need to groom young managers, plan for succession, and restructure the organization to meet business requirements.
