Human Resources Director

Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and job induction processes.
- Maintain harmonious relationships with Labour Unions and negotiate effectively.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with Government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Organize efforts to handle legal cases related to employees and safeguard the company's interests.
- Review and update personnel policies periodically.
- Ensure effective use of budget for HRM and HRD activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. The candidate should also have a good understanding of labour laws and regulations.
