Administration Manager

Weare looking for an experienced AdministrationManager to supervise the daily support operations ofour company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range ofadministrative duties in different departments.
A great administration manager has excellent communicationand organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be wellversedin departmental procedures and policies and will be able toactively discover new ways to do the job moreefficiently.
The goal is to ensure all supportactivities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow theother operations to function properly.
Responsibilities- Plan andcoordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways tostreamline processes
- Recruit and trainpersonnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching andguidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensurethe smooth and adequate flow of information within the company tofacilitate other business operations
- Manageschedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory ofoffice supplies and the purchasing of new material with attentionto budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs andexpenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services maintenance activities andtradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize andsupervise other office activities (recycling renovations eventplanning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere topolicies and regulations
- Keep abreast with allorganizational changes and business developments
- Proven experience as administration manager
- Indepth understanding of office management procedures anddepartmental and legal policies
- Familiaritywith financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ananalytical mind with problemsolving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities
- A team player with leadershipskills
- BSc/BA in business administration orrelative field
