Office Administrator

We're looking for a multitasking and detail-oriented **Accountant cum Admin** to join our awesome team at a Derma Manufacturing Company. This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, has a knack for organization, and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Manage Stock, Inventory, vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Handle attendance, payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with administrative duties, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Miracle)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- An organized mindset with a keen eye for accuracy
- A team player with good communication skills & Good English Vocabulary
