Job Description

● The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for closing sales, lead generation and
building a pipeline of top-quality prospects.
● Implement the sales strategy decided by the top management.
● Ensure the daily sales operations - input metrics like talktime,dialed calls, average TT, demos
booked, AHT and output metrics like daily RR, Weekly RR and Monthly RR are maintained
individually and for the team.
● Maintaining the sales daily target and ensuring on time completion of the given target.
● Manage the sales process (Inbound/bound leads).
● Train, Mentor and provide guidance to junior members in the team.
● Building your own network and developing relationships with potential clients.
● Bring your A-game: Are self-Driven, have a street-smart attitude, and have Excellent
Presentation skills.
● Display enthusiasm: Are keen to own an end-to-end sales cycle.


Qualifications

● The candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in sales.
● Should have relevant experience in inside sales.
● Should have 1.5 - 3 years of Team handling experience.
● Excellent command over the English & Hindi language.
● Candidates should have proficiency in Ms Office.
● Minimum Graduation (Any)



Additional Information

  • 6 days a week and work timings would be  (9:30 am to 7 pm)
  • Work from the office
  • Location- Bangalore .
