We are a fast growing company with more than a decade experience with a strong 50K+ customer base from 25+ countries.We are a people-first company, seeking a highly motivated inside Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers problems.This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.



What are we looking for?


A. Proven experience of 3+ years in managing a Business development team

B. An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills. Good English proficiency

C. Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.

D. People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.

E. People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines.

A sales mindset, to effectively communicate to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
