Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager at our Bengaluru location. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for daily tasks such as team management, sales management and people handling. They will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and provide valuable solutions.

Qualifications

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.- Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of driving sales growth and leading successful sales teams.
