With a rapidly growing presence in Bangalorewe are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Sales Executives to engagewith potential clients drive sales and ensure an exceptionalexperience throughout theirjourney.
JobDescription:As aSales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales . Youwill be responsible for acquiring new clients booking appointmentsand ensuring customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute toclient retention making their preferred destination for wellnessand cosmetictreatments.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Engagewith potential clients who express interest in theirservices.
  2. Articulatethe benefits of our services and assist clients in making informeddecisions.
  3. Build andnurture leads through professional communication and persuasivesales techniques.
  4. Bookappointments for new and existing clients based on theirpreferences.
  5. Understandand convey the range of servicesoffered.
  6. Workcollaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless clientexperience.
  7. Maintain ahigh standard of communication quality andprofessionalism.
  8. Followestablished Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clientengagement.
  9. Provide apersonalized and valuedriven experience toclients.
  10. Contribute toclient retention and reactivation efforts asneeded.
  11. Uphold aprofessional and enthusiastic image of theclient.


Qualifications:
  1. Aminimum of 24 years of experience in sales preferably in acustomerfocusedrole.
  2. Excellent verbalcommunication skills with a focus on persuasion andengagement.
  3. Strongsales orientation with a commitment to delivering value toclients.
  4. Familiaritywith Bodycrafts services and locations (training will beprovided).
  5. Ability tofollow and execute established Standard OperatingProcedures.
  6. Effectiveinterpersonal skills for building and maintaining clientrelationships.
  7. Goalorientedand a proactive approach to lead generation andconversion.
  8. Proficiencyin managing multiple tasks and maintaining qualitycommunication.
  9. Priorexperience in customer retention is aplus.
  10. A positiveattitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customerservice.


Compensation:
  • Competitivebase salary in the range of 3.6 to 4.5 lakhsannually.
  • Additionalincentives ranging from 15000 to 30000 or more per month based onperformance.
  • Trainingopportunities and the chance to grow within theorganization.
  • Dayshiftworking hours with the possibility of adjustments based on clientleadpatterns.
