Weare looking for Sr/Growth Marketing Manager lead in developing& operating longterm marketing strategies our products. Youll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that willstrengthen our brand and boost growth throughout TOFU MOFU& BOFU.Thisrole requires a strong bias for data & measurement what isnt measured cannot beimproved.
KeyResponsibilities:
Strategic
Builda strong GTM strategy to help the product reach its target audienceat scale to deliver growth at optimumcosts
Strategizeplan and execute bestinclass marketing campaigns acrosschannels
Create& drive strategy with the right prioritization ofinitiatives to deliver the highest returns on marketingspends
Manageand own marketing budgets and promised businessresults
Driveuser growth acquisition as well as retention for theproduct
Ownproduct research consumer insights communications andpositioning
Analytical
Analyzeuser funnels and optimize them for maximumconversion
Continuouslytrack and measure campaign performance and come up with actionableinsights
Collaborative
Workwith various teams (strategy content performance marketing designproduct and sales) to implement strategies &initiatives.
Collaboratewith internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules modifyactivity and notify stakeholders of plans deviations &outcomes.
Requirements
ExperienceRequired:
Atleast5 years of overall marketing work experienceinIndiamarket / USMarket
Atleast2 years experience as a growth marketing manager leading a team atthe intersection of all things marketing to acquire nurture andclose leads acrossat least 4 functions from those mentionedbelow:

You ll be set up for success as a Copy writer at Miles if: We areseeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our team. Theideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling andpersuasive content that resonates with our target audience. As aCopywriter, you will be responsible for developing engaging copyfor various channels, including websites, social media, emailcampaigns, advertisements, and moreWrite clear, compelling, andpersuasive copy for various marketing materials, includingwebsites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, andprint materials. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teamsto develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency. Conductthorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accurate andup-to-date content. Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free oferrors, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets high-qualitystandards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesto continually enhance content quality and effectiveness. Skills & Qualifications Provenexperience as a Content Writer, preferably in a senior orleadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range ofwritten work. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreadingskills. In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEObest practices, and digital marketing trends.
