Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for Sr/Growth Marketing Manager lead in developing & operating longterm marketing strategies our products. You ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost growth throughout TOFU MOFU & BOFU. This role requires a strong bias for data & measurement what isn t measured cannot be improved.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
Build a strong GTM strategy to help the product reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs
Strategize plan and execute bestinclass marketing campaigns across channels
Create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on marketing spends
Manage and own marketing budgets and promised business results
Drive user growth acquisition as well as retention for the product
Own product research consumer insights communications and positioning
Analytical
Analyze user funnels and optimize them for maximum conversion
Continuously track and measure campaign performance and come up with actionable insights
Collaborative
Work with various teams (strategy content performance marketing design product and sales) to implement strategies & initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules modify activity and notify stakeholders of plans deviations & outcomes.
Requirements
Experience Required:
Atleast 5 years of overall marketing work experience in India market / US Market
Atleast 2 years experience as a growth marketing manager leading a team at the intersection of all things marketing to acquire nurture and close leads across at least 4 functions from those mentioned below:
1 Paid Acquisition ( SMM SEM Affiliates )
2 CRO
3 CRM Funnel Nurture (WABA Emails Newsletters)
4 Digital Events
5 Communities
6 Measurement & Reporting
Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial venture in the education space is not compulsory but would be a big plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Ability To Hustle: Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic and often ambiguous environment where multitasking and prioritizing is highly essential
Detailoriented: Ability to critically analyze problems and solutions indepth with an eye for zerodefect outputs

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and ensure brand consistency. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date content. Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is free of errors, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance content quality and effectiveness. Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to content and design. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns. Adapt writing style to different target audiences and platforms to maximize engagement and effectiveness. Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related Fields. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in a senior or leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of written work. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. In-depth knowledge of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends. Familiarity with industry-related software and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. So, what next?
