Designation:Manager Home OwnerRelationsLocation:Goa and MumbaiKeyResponsibilities:Serve as first point of contact for all checkin/homeowners Collates acentralized database of all the queries/complaints/concernsreceived from home owners/rental guestsand ensures they are attended to by internal team Seek process andassist in executing rental home owners /rentals guestsrequests and queries with the help of concerneddepartment Attendand record queries regarding services processes and redirect themto the respective manager/teammember Responsibleto follow up coordinate and find conclusions to all the relevantissues and concerns raised by home owners/rentalguests Actively coordinates withinternal teams to ensure timely attention to guestservices Escalateunattended matters to Guest relations manager and seek augmentedsupport wherevernecessary Maintaintrackers reports for client interaction glitches attended andresolved open or closed issues list of escalations created andissues resolvedCollects feedback and ensure query/concernresolutionKeyRequirements:
  • Bachelors( Hotel Management/ Travel andTourism)
  • 710 years ofprior experience in customer service/ guestrelations
