Kalvium is seeking a dynamic and talentedindividual to join our team which is transforming higher education.As an Associate Manager of University Relations you will play apivotal role in our Universityled Admission driving and optimizingour admission processes at various universities fosteringcollaboration across various functions and university stakeholdersand implementing tools to enhance efficiency. This role offers theopportunity to grow tremendously within the organization and make ameaningful impact on the educationlandscape.
Responsibilities:Therole will see you act as an invaluable bridge between therespective University Departments and Kalvium Stakeholders. Youwill take charge of all aspects of University Relations fromMarketing events Sales Stakeholder Management and the Social MediaTeam to create curate & deliver native content acrossKalvium s social media channels to build a strong and engagedsubscriber base that helps grow universityonboarding.
Help organize smallscale events across various campuses and majorevents with senior stakeholders from University andIndustry. Interact with various Universitydepartment SPOCs Admissions Infrastructure Academics CoE andCentral Leadership to facilitate various aspects of theprogram. Create smooth channels ofcommunication and information between the University and Kalvium sInternal Team. Develop and executecomprehensive social media campaigns on LinkedIn and WhatsApp topromote the Kalvium brand. Create compellingand visually appealing content including posts images videos andstories that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with ourtarget audience. Plan and schedule socialmedia content in advance ensuring consistent and timely deliveryacross platforms. Monitor and analyse keysocial media metrics such as engagement rates reach and conversionsto measure campaign effectiveness and optimiseperformance. Respond to comments messagesand inquiries from followers in a timely and engaging mannerfostering positive interactions and building strong relationshipswith our audience. Stay updated on thelatest social media trends algorithms and best practices and applythem to continuously improve our social media presence andcampaigns. Generate regular reports andinsights on social media performance providing actionablerecommendations to drive continuousimprovement.
AnIdeal candidate: Min. 24years of experience in StakeholderManagement Strong organisational skills withthe ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meetdeadlines. Proven experience in managingsocial media campaigns on LinkedIn with a track record of drivingengagement and growth. Datadriven mindsetwith the ability to create and analyze metrics and deriveactionable insights. Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms algorithms and bestpractices. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack forstorytelling. Proficient in creatingvisually appealing and engaging content using social media toolsand platforms (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) will be an addedadvantage. Creative thinking and the abilityto generate innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and userengagement. A gogetthingsdone attitude asyou will be expected to work on many things which would besomething you would have never worked onbefore Passion for education and a genuineinterest in promoting the Kalvium brand.
