LD Manager

JobRole:
L&D Manager will be responsible to facilitate our employeesto advance their skills and knowledge on process policies andsystems of the Organization by providing training across thebranches.
The training is to build a proficient housingsearch housing finance fintech savvy informed organization with thebest in class employees catering to the Economically weak and LowerIncome group households.
Job Description:
Travelling across the branches for 12 weeksa month for imparting training which includes but not limited tosales process sales guidelines credit processes Operations HRsystems and policies.
Identify training needs ofemployees for their current and next role by assessing competencygaps (functional and behavioural) across organizationlevels
Plan and prepare training materials incoordination with Head of the departments or Processhead
Implement various learning methods companywidewhich includes integration of technology with learning.
Organize elearning courses workshops and othertrainings.
Assess the success of development plans andhelp employees make the most of learning opportunities byconducting various test
Record and report trainingcourses schedules and results. Share the same with the managementon a regular basis.
Qualification Experience andExpertise:
5 years of Provenexperience as an L&D Manager Training Manager or worked asa sales trainer in Home Loan Financial Domain
Currentknowledge of effective learning elearning and developmentmethods
Experience in Sales and ProcessTraining
Proficient in MS Office and Learning ManagementSystems (LMS)
Exceptional management and instructionalskills
Exceptional verbal and written communicationskills
Graduate of any stream / MBApreferred
