Key Responsibilities:

Meet Channel Partners (CPs): Engage with potential Channel Partners to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

Project Presentation: Explain the unique features and advantages of our projects to CPs, highlighting why our properties are the best choice for their customers.

Explaining Sales Ladder: Provide CPs with a clear understanding of our sales ladder and how it can benefit their business.

Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of our projects, showcasing the benefits and advantages that make them stand out in the market.

Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with CPs through regular communication and support, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide CPs with accurate and relevant information. Keeping abreast with competitor’s strategies, and conduct market research.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by converting CP leads into project bookings. Organizing sales plan and strategies for targets achievement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree.

·        Proven years of experience in real estate sales.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.

·        Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

·        Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits as needed.
