Pall Corporation's Energy+ is seeking a highly motivated Channel Partner Account Manager to lead growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins for Pall Consumables, capital goods and engineered systems The position will establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, Channel Partners and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. The candidate must have strong filtration knowledge with good experience/understanding of FTAP process in such industry focused on Refinery, Nuclear/ Fossils/ Alternate Energy, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Polymers, Auto & OEM. The incumbent will work remotely based out of his/her home office.

Role- Channel Partner Account Manager ( North & West)

Location - Mumbai

Position Summary:

Lead and drive the distributor and channel partner relationships to ensure sustainable business growth. Incumbent is responsible for implementing business planning processes, quarterly score cards and active performance management for each Distributor/channel partner.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the overall channel performance including sales, margins, market share, & operation efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans with each distributor to drive business growth and focus their market activities, closely monitoring ROI (returns on investment) for each activity.
  • Cultivate & expand on business relationships served through Channel partners.
  • Expand Pall footprint at current customers & work to onboard new customers.
  • Develop long term relationship with channel partners.
  • Organize training for distributor partner to grow knowledge and expertise.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow Pall Energy+ revenue.
  • Develop a robust forecasting model for distribution within the region
  • Develop and execute distribution action plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly annual sales and order targets
  • The pivotal point of contact for all distributor related communication both internal and external

Education and Experience:

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Process Industry.
  • 7+ years of commercial/applications experience, preferably in the Process Industry.
