Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an NGS Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The NGS Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer communication, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales , and managing the sales process.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven track record in sales and sales management Strong knowledge of NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) technologies and services Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Experience in the NGS sales Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization Analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. 80% Travel in a month. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Qualifications
Masters in Lifescience/ Bachelor in Life science with MBA preferred
