Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in introducing innovative home automation solutions to our customers. Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where your efforts make a significant impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead sales efforts by targeting nearby construction projects to promote smart home devices like lighting, thermostats, and security systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Electronics/Automation.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home automation industry. (Home Automation Controllers, Lighting & Appliance Controls,
Home Automation Sensors, Ventilation, Temperature & Flood Controls, Smart Irrigation Controllers, smart Thermostats & Ventilation Controls, Drapery & Blind Opener Systems, Window Opener Systems) Or Interior design materials (wood, copper, fabrics, renewable materials, Tile, synthetic materials.) or Construction materials Industry( Steel, cement, concrete, ready mix concrete, binding wires, wood, stone, brick blocks, and aggregate)
- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
**Compensation**:
**Salary**: INR 3.0 LPA to INR 4.2 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)
