Area Sales Manager
At Staffing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Your strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients will be crucial in enhancing brand presence and sales. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the two-wheeler industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients to enhance brand presence and sales.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the two-wheeler industry.
- Oversee and support the sales team to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Organize promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the two-wheeler industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
