Job Description:
As an customer relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in welcoming new students and ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed in their academic journey. You will be responsible for managing student onboarding processes, addressing inquiries, and collecting feedback to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Greetings: Provide warm and engaging welcome messages to new students, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Student Onboarding: Guide students through the onboarding process, including account setup and course selection.
- Assignment Management: Assist students in understanding their assignments and deadlines, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.
- Grade Tracking: Help students track their grades and understand feedback from instructors.
- Feedback Collection: Actively solicit feedback from students about their onboarding experience and course content to identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with students through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Administrative Support: Utilize MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage student data, track onboarding progress, and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
