Overview

Internal Communications

 Play a critical role in executing effective communication strategies for HealthEdge in India Create and execute engaging content for internal and external channels, such as internal newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, email copy, and more. Ensure consistency of messaging, and brand voice and tone across all internal communications between the India offices and globally Work with senior leadership to establish communication priorities, to strategize on future initiatives, gather content on best practices, and support internal communication platforms. Help ensure leadership is attuned to the voice of our HealthEdge people Partner with Human Resources and other enabling functions to strengthen employee engagement and support communication needs Advocate for the appropriate communication channel and tools depending upon the message, audience and purpose and bring forward innovative, best practice strategies. Work with Global COE to track, measure, and present the effectiveness of internal communications strategy and drive specific strategies to improve effectiveness and impact

External Communications

Support communication strategies and media relations activities for the India region Support communication plans including media releases, blogs, online content, thought leadership articles, media interviews and reactive statements for external and internal use. Assist the Global communications team and leadership team to drive proactive and positive media coverage, and provide support in the form of speeches, press releases and talking points. Develop key media relationships and networks, and respond to media and industry analyst queries with help of India Leadership and Global teams Monitor news coverage of competitors and other industry bodies Support award submissions for HealthEdge in India 

Key Responsibilities: 

Work with the HR & Talent Management Teams to build out and execute internal communication strategies and employee events that align with the company goals. Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications, and various business units to craft and curate content that showcases company culture, values, employee success stories, and professional opportunities to reinforce HealthEdge’s reputation as an employer of choice. Lead content creation efforts, producing high-quality written content for various mediums, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and more. Develop a content calendar aligned with key company events, campaigns, and initiatives. Work cross-functionally and with our business units’ teams to gather information, insights, and stories contributing to impactful content. Continuously refine approaches based on insights to improve engagement and impact.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in content creation, internal communication, or employer branding. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and develop the key talking points for a specific communication. Proficiency in crafting content for various social media platforms and an understanding of their dynamics. Demonstrated experience in strategic content planning and execution. ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
