Role Summary:

As employer branding senior manager, you will drive branding efforts to position a company as employer of choice to prospective hires. You will need to understand ANSR portfolio of customers, kind of talent our customers wish to hire, what excites that talent and how to attract them. You will also need to have an exceptional understanding of the tech talent landscape in India.

This is an exciting and diverse role, that touches so many different areas, from virtual and physical presence, to how we market our roles and leverage the profile of our leaders. As such youll need to be strategic, thoughtful, but equally hands-on and scrappy.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing timely, compelling communication strategies partnering with the talent strategy team/HRBPs and align it with the strategic business priorities
  • Spearhead the design and delivery of end-to-end experiences with the candidates
  • Responsible for integrating communications across areas of Talent Strategy, Engagement & Hiring strategies
  • Drive competitive benchmarking research
  • Plan and deliver programs to promote the local Talent Brand campaigns in line with the hiring requirements
  • Build programs/assets to engage with the talent community
  • Ranking management & participation with talent focus
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with the customers brand, purpose, core values and beliefs

Skills and Work Experience:

  • A creative, communications professional with strongstory-telling skillsand a passion for exploring new ways to communicate. Deep experiencein communications strategy development and execution. Strong written and communication skills and the ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Exceptionalproject management skills with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organization, program and time management and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones, meet tight deadlines and communicate status on concurrent projects
  • Candidate must be able to work in an ambiguous environment, find their way through complexity, be agile and act at speed
