**Your responsibilities**:
- Working with the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team in developing and executing initiatives focusing on India but also within the region, positioning ABB as an employer of choice
- Partnering with different members including Talent Partners, Talent Sourcers, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Branding & Communication team members to produce talent attraction content that activates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner
- Developing and implementing strategies that helps build and engage the talent community across different talent skillsets and segments to support the business growth
- Adopting a data-driven approach in a journey of continuous improvement and innovation
- Supporting university relations, campus engagement and talent program management initiatives
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is required
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of demonstrated ability in in creating, executing and measuring integrated employer branding / recruitment marketing campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
- Self-driven, resilient, agile, collaborative, enthusiastic, and inclusive; adopting a growth mindset approach
