**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Guide and advice recruitment best practices to all levels of employees/managers.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition partner to senior executives and leaders
- Advise recruiting partners and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods.
- Determine and Craft sourcing strategies across job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks for regional and location specific level.
- Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
- Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment progress.
- Align the regional recruitment process with global principles and process.
**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Good organization & project management skills along with execution excellency
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly and to be trusted at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal & written communication skills
- Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment.
- Results driven and delivery focused, with a high level of integrity.
- Organized and able to multitask with deep attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with peers, HR partners, Regional HR and business leaders.
- Solid problem-solving skills, self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- 6+ years of work experience with Bachelor/Master’s degree in related field
