**The Global Talent Acquisition Team**

**The** **Recruitment Business Partner** **Role**
They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. They will represent the Global Talent Acquisition team in the APAC region.
**How you will spend your time as our **Recruitment Business Partner**:
- **
Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Guide hiring managers on Qlik recruitment processes.
- ** Offer Management**: Coordinate the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
- ** Data Management**: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.
- ** Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
**We’re looking for a teammate with**:
- **
Experience**: 6+ years of experience in high volume/fast paced corporate recruitment, preferably in software/technical industry
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
