**Campus Recruiter**
Our Talent Attraction team has already built out a strategic campus program Guidewire Basecamp, and now looking to expand our efforts functionally and geographically as we scale the Guidewire business. The university recruiting team is seeking a Campus Recruiter to represent APAC region from offices in Bangalore to build our talent of the future through early talent programs in India and Malaysia.
What will I be doing?
**Recruitment**:
- The campus recruiter will have a high level of input into the planning, development, and delivery of scalable, strategic campus hiring initiatives for various business functions across the APAC region.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, Recruiting and Diversity teams to support business needs, talent availability, and gaps.
- Execute onsite and virtual campus events, fairs, tech talks, student diversity events.
- Support with high volume interview days and coordination
- Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives, sourcing and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas as needed
**Internship Programme**:
- Support and lead the roll out of our internship program experience in the APAC region from recruitment, onboarding, orientation, social events to intern offboarding.
- Support the Intern Manager community throughout entirety of the program to ensure success of the program
- Manage intern conversion to full time process for region
**Talent Branding / Program Planning**:
- Fostering and developing relationships being an excellent partner with universities, career services professionals, student associations, and other partners in campus communities across the region.
- Crafting student content for social networking, career sites, student branding
- Partnering with employer brand team, marketing, and other external vendors to have a coordinated campus campaign and promote campus through all channels
- Support and drive our campus ambassador program efforts and goals in the region
**Diversity, Equity and Inclusion**:
- Lead campus DEI projects and initiatives
- Help support and execute diversity hiring strategies and early talent goals
- Support on additional diversity talent programs as needed
**What do I need to be successful?**:
- Min 3+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience and passion for working with early talent and creating a enriching employee experience for students
- Demonstrated skills in project planning and program management
- Passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and belonging
- Full cycle recruiting experience, including scheduling and coordination. We need an all-rounder, who is very hands-on.
- Exposure to recruiting in Bangalore and nationally, ideally within the tech sector, and have an appreciation of cultural differences.
- Event / program planning and execution (digital and live in-person events)
- A strong interest in employer branding/talent attraction.
- Ability to drive processes and handle expectations of various client groups.
- Heightened attention to detail and highly creative individual
- Ability to proactively identify problems, take ownership, and build solutions.
- Ability to use data insights to influence business decisions.Digital literacy to include experience with Applicant Tracking, HRIS, or similar system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent Guidewire in a professional, positive manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles as needed.
