Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD EMPLOYER BRAND
    Audit and develop RSM's employer brand across various channels, including social media, web, recruiting platforms, and third-party sites.
  • Content Creation & Curation
    Develop and maintain compelling content for digital recruitment marketing campaigns, showcasing company culture, development opportunities, and benefits.
  • CONTENT PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
    Track content performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize communication processes, tools, and results.
  • TECHNOLOGY EXPLORATION
    Explore opportunities to leverage technology to continually improve processes, tools, and results.
  • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
    Build relationships with team members and key stakeholders in India and the U.S.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
