Requirements
- Conduct direct sales to customers through appointments, including office and home visits.
- Ensure attendance and revenue generation from leads and appointments allocated by the call center.
- Achieve self-sourcing targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate business reporting, MIS on sales calls (LMS), lead utilization, and conversion rates on a daily basis.
Key Performance Indicators:
- New Business Target Achievement = 100%
- Renewal Business = 85%
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum qualification of 10th Pass, proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in Life Insurance Direct Sales.
