PeopleCert is looking for a Contact Centre Executive, who will be responsible for handling Customer/Students related queries through inbound or outbound calls, chat, email and social media, demonstrating agility, empathy and ownership, ensuring outstanding customer experience.

As a Contact center executive, your tasks will include the following:

Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, WhatsApp, etc. Responsible for managing, follow up and converting leads for Language Cert Tests. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the Sales pipeline Update details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion real-time on CRM software Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management. Handle Objections in order to complete exam registrations. Maintain effective communication (outbound calls) till the time the lead is enrolled for the test. Meet and exceed the target in terms of number of enrolments. Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by PeopleCert. Ensure that relevant correspondence is handled within the set KPI standards. Monitor and answer all queues from inbound requests (i.e. email, chat, phone and social media) within set KPI standards. Ensure that the working environment is secure and orderly during all shifts and dress code is in accordance with standards set for Customer Service employees. Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results. Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence.


What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree any discipline will be an asset Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage Passionate with Customer Service Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Advanced computer literacy is required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast- Internal paced, and deadline-driven environment Flexible to extend shift hrs and work weekend as per work requirement Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy. Passionate for Customer service Experience working on CRM application for an Inside sales process will be preferred.
