**Responsibilities**:

- Call customers to convert them to purchase from us.
- Call customers who have already purchased but are hesitant to accept their cash-on-delivery orders.
- Increase delivery rates and reduce the Return to Origin (RTO) rate.
- Use persuasive sales skills to highlight product benefits or offer additional discounts to ensure customer satisfaction and order acceptance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in tele-sales and customer support.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills to effectively convert customers.
- Ability to handle customer objections and provide convincing responses.

**Perks**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
