Call Center Executive

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, with experience in lead management preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to manage and convert leads.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with the clinic's schedule.
- Provide detailed information about our services, promotions, and procedures.
- Manage and follow up on leads, working to convert inquiries into consultations.
- Track and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client experiences and meet lead conversion targets.
- Handle client feedback, escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
