Answer all client questions and incomingcalls. Redirect phonecalls to the appropriate department and take downmessages. Accept allletters and packages and distribute them to their appropriatedepartments. Monitororganize and forward emails. Track and order office equipment and supplies. Maintain records andfiles. Schedulemeetings & interviews. Any other duties assigned by the Management. JobSpecifications: Consistentprofessional dress and manner. Able to contribute positively as part of a team helpingout with various tasks as required. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Competency inMicrosoft applications including Word & Excel Good time managementskills. Qualification/Experience Bachelors Degreeor equivalent. Candidates with 1 year experience will bepreffered.
