Yourrole:
THISIS A FULL TIME POSITION ONSITE BASED OUT OF OUR KOLKATAOFFICE.
Thisis a front desk trade operations and monitoring position within ourcryptocurrency markets and would primarily entail operating ourproprietary trading software and managing OTC trades. You will needto be a critical thinker with a knack for spotting tradingopportunities remain calm under pressure multitask and be aproficient keyboard operator. The successful candidate must beambitious goaloriented and willing to learn. Your keyresponsibilities willinclude:

• Tradingoperating and maintaining uptime of operations of internal softwareand trade processes.
• Communicating with variousOTC teams make and fulfill trades.
• Monitoringour auto trading strategies solving and quickly taking correctiveactions and reporting discrepancies toseniors.
• Communicating with team lead formarket updates suggestions inputs tech glitches andinstructions.
• Reporting timely as work will bedone in shifts and crypto operations run 24 X7.

Ourneeds:

• ABachelors Degree preferably within financial services or technologystreams.
• Prior past experience operatingtrading softwares platforms with large broking/tradinghouses.
• Solid foundational knowledge ofMSExcel
• Numerically inclined detail orientedand with strong critical thinkingabilities
• Able to work independently andutilize sound judgment and problemsolving skills within a fastpacedwork environment
• Must have strong verbalwritten analytical and interpersonal skills including demonstratedability to deal with confidential information and sensitivesituations
