KeyResponsibilities:
  • Greet and welcomeguests in a professional and friendlymanner
  • Answer and direct phone callsappropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mailand packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organizedreception area
  • Schedule and manage appointmentsand meetings
  • Assist with administrative taskssuch as data entry filing andphotocopying
  • Handle and resolve customerinquiries and issues
  • Coordinate with otherdepartments to ensure seamlesscommunication
  • Assist with basic accountingtasks such as bill processing andinvoicing
  • Monitor and order office supplies asneeded
RequiredQualifications:
  • High school diplomaor equivalent
  • Prior experience in acustomerfacing role
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multipletasks simultaneously
