*Responsibilities:*
- Lead the research to discover new opportunities in the market and find smart business strategies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with management and clients to strategize and execute business development initiatives.
- Take a leadership role in reviewing clients' feedback and driving necessary changes for continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on complex business challenges.
- Lead major business development projects and initiatives.
- Represent the company in high-level client meetings and negotiations.
- Contribute to the formulation of long-term business development strategies.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement CRM tools for efficient client management.

- He/She must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence to gain new clients
- He/she should be able to build a relationship, influence, and manage conflicts
