*Responsibilities:*

  • Lead the research to discover new opportunities in the market and find smart business strategies.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with management and clients to strategize and execute business development initiatives.
  • Take a leadership role in reviewing clients' feedback and driving necessary changes for continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on complex business challenges.
  • Lead major business development projects and initiatives.
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings and negotiations.
  • Contribute to the formulation of long-term business development strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement CRM tools for efficient client management.

  • He/She must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence to gain new clients
  • He/she should be able to build a relationship, influence, and manage conflicts
