Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a business operation
  • Identify current marketing and prospective sales opportunities to develop business
  • Set up meeting with potential, existing client.
  • Meeting with HR manager, director, decision maker for new business
  • Explain business terms and provide quotation for business agreements
  • Track and monitor the client contract process.
  • Email marketing, cold calling, attending meeting, signing agreement, get requirement details.
  • Catch-up Calls, monthly feedback review calls, quarterly feedback forms
  • Analyzing of operational effectiveness and financial performance of the team.
  • Maintaining rapport with clients and candidates and generate PR.
  • Reviewing the customer complaints as per procedures and handle.


Client Acquisition Activities

  • Cold calling (Old leads or generating new leads from the prospective market)
  • Promoting all services from portfolio to present & new clients.
  • Implementing business plan by discussing with management and director.
  • Prospecting and signing up new clients and getting orders with existing clients.


Key Account Management

  • Responsible for handling client accounts
  • Oversea revenue generating with client and plan to complete the order accordingly monthly.
  • Monitoring the business cycle right from acquiring new clients, account management, invoicing and payment.
