Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a business operation
- Identify current marketing and prospective sales opportunities to develop business
- Set up meeting with potential, existing client.
- Meeting with HR manager, director, decision maker for new business
- Explain business terms and provide quotation for business agreements
- Track and monitor the client contract process.
- Email marketing, cold calling, attending meeting, signing agreement, get requirement details.
- Catch-up Calls, monthly feedback review calls, quarterly feedback forms
- Analyzing of operational effectiveness and financial performance of the team.
- Maintaining rapport with clients and candidates and generate PR.
- Reviewing the customer complaints as per procedures and handle.
Client Acquisition Activities
- Cold calling (Old leads or generating new leads from the prospective market)
- Promoting all services from portfolio to present & new clients.
- Implementing business plan by discussing with management and director.
- Prospecting and signing up new clients and getting orders with existing clients.
Key Account Management
- Responsible for handling client accounts
- Oversea revenue generating with client and plan to complete the order accordingly monthly.
- Monitoring the business cycle right from acquiring new clients, account management, invoicing and payment.
