Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
