**Position Overview**:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within your assigned region. This role is field-based, requiring frequent travel to meet clients, explore new business opportunities, and represent our brand effectively. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth within the region.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and emerging trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- **Field Sales Activities**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows as required.
- Manage a territory effectively, ensuring regular client visits and consistent follow-up.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.(**FRESHERS can also apply**)
- Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel extensively within the region.
