Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM)  to lead and grow our business in the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, specifically in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry or related sectors. The RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong customer base, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in Gujarat.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, focusing on PEB solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored PEB solutions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to the team on sales techniques, market trends, and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and project execution, to deliver solutions efficiently.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Market share expansion in the Gujarat region.
  • Number of new clients acquired and retention rate of existing clients.
  • Team performance and productivity.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:  Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 3 years in the PEB or construction industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of PEB products, services, and applications.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage large accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Gujarat region.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
  • Strong network with architects, consultants, and contractors in the region.
