Position: LATAM BusinessDevelopment Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunitiesin Latin America
  • Create and execute effectivesales and marketing strategies to penetrate the Latin Americanmarket
  • Manage and nurture strong relationshipswith potential and current clients in theregion
  • Oversee and lead sales and marketingteams in Latin America to achieve establishedgoals
  • Collaborate closely with otherdepartments to ensure alignment of business goals andstrategies
  • Analyze the market and competitionto identify key trends andopportunities
  • Prepare regular reports onbusiness performance and present recommendations forimprovements
  • Represent the company at eventsconferences and meetings with clients and potential partners inLatin America

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese bothverbal and written
  • Forex experience with activeportfolio of LATAM clients is an absolute must (please do notexpect a reply if you do not have this)
  • Ideallyresiding in LATAM
  • Proficiency in English is anadvantage
  • Demonstrated leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and guidestaff
  • Strong knowledge of how to expand thenetwork fast
  • Strong communication andnegotiation skills
  • Resultsoriented mindset andability to work in a goaldrivenenvironment
  • Excellent analytical skills andability to make informed decisions
  • Availabilityto travel within Latin America as needed
