Talent and Culture Executive

Summary ofResponsibilities:
Reporting to theTalent & Culture Manager responsibilities and essential jobfunctions include but are not limited to thefollowing:
- Update the system with newjoiners promotions resignations and any change in employmentstatus.
- Monitoring the attendance sheetsreceived from the departments during the payroll process andchecking the biometrics.
- Manage the payrollprocess and ensure all payroll inputs are provided within therequired time frame (overtime allowance payout ticket accrualsetc).
- Exit Management for all leavers to ensuresmooth off boarding of colleagues.
- Process thevisa cancellation and final settlement for resignedcolleagues.
- Track and update vacation balancefor all colleagues.
- Track the ticketentitlement process for all colleagues.
- Updatebrand and department policies and procedures andLSOPs.
- Provide assistance in different HRaspects such as new hires orientation and the colleagues engagementprocess.
- Participate in colleague relatedactivities and events.
- Maintain confidentialfilling system for colleagues files and documents and tracking database for the all colleagues and leadersdata.
- Follow up on the HR auditpoints.
- Conduct colleagues diningaudit.
- Update HR communicationboards.
- Deliver the necessarydocuments to be signed by the concerneddepartments.
- Consistently offer professionalfriendly and engaging service to the colleagues andleaders.
Qualifications:
- Computerliterate in Microsoft Window applicationsrequired.
- Proven selfstarter with the abilityto handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced ever changingenvironment.
- Must demonstrate tact flexibilityand diplomacy at all times and work in an environment of strictconfidentiality.
- Proven desire to be involvedin maintaining guest service excellence by providing qualityservice to our internal guests.
- Strongcommunication skills with the ability to developrelationships.
- Highly responsible &reliable.
- Team player with strong initiativeand selfdirection
- Minimum of 2 years workexperience in a busy multifaceted HR office within anadministrative role preferably within a hotel or Human Resourcesenvironment.
- University/College education inHuman Resources a definiteasset.
