Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Talent and Culture Strategist to lead our Human Resources function in Mumbai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement effective recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Analyze labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide strategic guidance.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 09-10 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 01-02 years as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
