ROLEDESCRIPTION
AVirtual Administrative Assistant is responsible forproviding administrative support to the Sales & Client SuccessTeam. Will be in charge of organizing and attending meetings andmonitoring calendars. In addition S/he will be asked to do internetresearch manage other administrative responsibilities customerservice and assist the ProjectManager.
TheVirtual Administrative Assistant will be workingclosely with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Assuch highly effective relationship management communication andinfluencing skills are required. Furthermore this position and theorganization are fastpaced and dynamic with numerous and differentdifficulties along the way. As a result you will flourish in acollaborative flexible and achievementdriven atmosphere.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Managingthe overall relationship with assigned clients including onboardingimplementation training increasing adoption ensuring retention andhigh customer satisfaction levels.
- Onboarding newclients to help them understand the full suite of company productsprograms and services we offer and managing the same to ensureclients are launched on time on budget and onscope.
- Maintaining anddeveloping Client Success strategies and best practices as well asclient support content with the help of the Marketing Team.
- Accessing companysystems to keep track of Client Success Metrics about ClinicPerformance and generate monthly reports for clients and seniormanagement.
- Proactivelymaintaining communication channels with clients as the main pointof contact for any concerns issues and/or requests helping themwork through problems via phone email video conferencing or chatand ensuring that appropriate actions are taken while stillbuilding rapport identifying areas of opportunity and highlightingbest practices.
- Clearly communicatecompany values and update clients on any new products programs ormarketing initiatives. Documenting resolutions of clients forreporting and creating a resolution database.
- And other Ad hoctasks assigned by theManager.
REQUIREDSKILL ANDQUALIFICATIONS
- Atleast 2 years of experience as Virtual Admin Assistant withstakeholder managementskills
- Strong verbaland written communication strategic planning and project managementskills
- Analytical andprocessorientedmindset
- Comfortableworking across multiple departments in a deadlinedrivenenvironment
- Activeteam player selfstarter and multitasker who can quickly adjustpriorities

- Activelyseeks to understand and deliver client needs expectations and levelof satisfaction
- Ableto maintain good relationships with clients and otherstakeholders
- Proactivelyseeks solutions forclients
- Experience inworking with a Canadian company is aplus

- BachelorsDegree in Business Management Marketing Communications and thelike
