**Role:
- Virtual Assistant with Cold Calling**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling**:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to build rapport and convey value propositions.
- Keep detailed records of calls, including feedback, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Create visually appealing posts and graphics using Canva for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
- **International Calling**:
- Handle calls to and from international clients, adhering to the cultural and time zone differences.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding during calls with non-native English speakers.
- Manage VoIP systems or other communication tools effectively for international calls.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Provide general support to the team as needed, helping with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience in handling international calls and working with clients from different cultures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media scheduling tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
