Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Excel Proficiency: - Create, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets related to real estate transactions, property management, and financial projections. - Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas for data analysis, such as property valuation models and cash flow projections. - Develop automated tools and dashboards to streamline real estate development workflows and improve data accuracy
2. Project Management: - Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery. - Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
3. Human Resources (HR): - Assist with HR-related tasks specific to the real estate industry, such as recruitment. - Coordinate training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing employees. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including certifications and compliance with industry regulations. - Support HR policies and procedures implementation and ensure adherence to real estate industry standards and legal requirements.
4. Accounting: - Assist with accounting tasks related to real estate transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking. - Prepare financial reports and statements for property management, real estate investments, and development projects. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including reconciliations and audits. - Support budgeting and financial forecasting for real estate projects and property portfolios.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, Human Resources, or related work experience preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Real estate industry experience preferred
Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required). - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). - Experience with HR software and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). - Knowledge of real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, Propertyware). - Experience with real estate development software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
Key Competencies: - Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. - Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving issues. - Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
