Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Order Processing: Assist in tracking orders, processing returns, and managing customer inquiries related to product or service delivery.
CRM Management: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions.
Social Media Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms when required.
Reporting: Provide reports on customer feedback, queries, and overall service performance.
Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and office software (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage various priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of social media management is a plus.

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software/tools.
Previous experience in a customer service role (CSR) is a must.
