Area Sales Manager

- 24Years of total experience in Aluminum/Glass PartitionProfile.
- 2 Years relevant experience or anyother products that deals with Home D cor Soft Furnishingarchitecture hardware Architectural building materials or glassindustry would be an added advantage.
- Coordinating staffand internal resources
- Managing relationshipswith clients and stakeholders
- Discovering andpursuing new sales prospects negotiating deals and maintainingcustomer satisfaction
- Develop new market& create new business opportunities.
- Promote and market companys products aspreferred choice for the stakeholders such as interior designersarchitects contractors PMC Builder and developers quantitysurveyor.
- Ensure stakeholders are updated withappropriate Price Lists Catalogue Samples and Marketingmaterials
- Preferably knowledgeable onspecification of company s products or other building materials; tobe able to generate specification report of company s product forprospective clients
- Liaise closely withinterior designers architects contractors and developers to promotecompany products; to conduct frequent visits and presentation forprospective clients.

- Plan to ensureachievement of divisional and personal target aligning with companysales policies and strategies

- Conduct market research toidentify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentationson products and services
